that our whole family could enjoy in our favorite place….
and now we wish to share this magical place with you!
River View Estate is a beautifully restored collection of historic and contemporary buildings, comprising the main house, a converted 17th-century barn, and a detached guest cottage. The main house and barn date back to 1640, while the guest cottage was thoughtfully added in 2015, blending modern comfort with the timeless character of the estate.
Tucked away in a secluded setting just off the main road along a private lane, the estate enjoys a wonderfully peaceful position above the beautiful Dordogne River. Guests can enjoy river views from several points across the property, including the buildings, landscaped gardens, and the large saltwater swimming pool.
Despite its tranquil private setting, the estate is perfectly located for exploring the region. Siorac-en-Périgord, our local village, is less than five minutes away and offers a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, golf course, canoe rentals, and easy river access.
The charming towns of Belvès and Saint-Cyprien are both within a 15-minute drive. Belvès is a beautiful medieval village known for its shops, restaurants, and popular Saturday market. Saint-Cyprien offers a larger supermarket, an excellent cheese shop, wonderful boutiques, bakeries, hot air ballooning, and its much-loved Sunday market.
Here you can enjoy a wonderful holiday as a couple or with friends. In a beautiful rural setting you will find your holiday home with its own patio area or you can play or rest in our extensive garden with river views.
